The item I received came with a loose faceplate but I was so excited I didn't think anything of it. The screen is responsive and bright and sounds great on CD mode, but it isn't very loud when on DVD mode. The sound quality is excellent and even sounded great playing through my stock speakers.Unfortunately after having the unit installed for a few months the faceplate came off completely. The warranty did not cover physical damage but the manufacturer handled the situation professionally and agreed to send me a new unit for the cost of a standard out of warranty repair. That being said I'd definitely recommend buying this unit, but I wouldn't buy it from this site. These are actually sold through Amazon.com by another company called Discount Jungle. While I was satisfied with this unit it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a more expensive model thinking I was dealing with Amazon and received this one... Read more |
