It SLAMS and I'm only running it at 1700 RMS at 2 ohms. I'm waiting for next month to order two dual 4 ohm subs so I can run it at 1 ohm and get the whole 2400 RMS out of it, I can only imagine how insanely loud it is at it's full potential and I can't wait to see. This amp runs cool and has only gotten moderately warm from time to time so far and that's when I am seriously bumpin' with the gain, bass, and boost turned real high. I was a little disappointed when I was adjusting it to notice that, (for such a powerful amp), I needed to turn the gain up pretty high to get it to sound how I wanted it but that's probably the only negative thing I've noticed about it. My only regrets about this purchase is that once it arrived I learned that HIFONICS makes a BRZ3000.1d PRO, rated at 3000 RMS (@1ohm) and I would have gotten that one instead if I'd known about it. Rockford fosgate, Kicker, and Memephis are hands down the best you probably could get below straight-up comp subs. I'm running this amp on two Kicker L7 15's, let me tell you that its beating the h*ll out of these subs and there are taking every bit of it. Recently, I sold my Kicker zx1500.1 to purchase this amp and I'm not dissappointed at all!! So, please wait no longer and experience whats next in line.....wow!
