Yes I bought blind...Initially I was skeptical of buying something other than Pioneer, as that's what I've had since Clarion went downhill in the late 90's. So far I am very pleased with this unit. Pros: Unit looks good Graphics are simplistic and attractive - no funky colors here, almost stock in appearance Screen is sharp and clear 800x480 resolution Sound quality is better than expected Video bypass is super simple - ground pink wire - no nag screen Includes everything you need to install and operate Front and rear USB ports Supports 16 gig SD card - haven't tried 32 gig yet Played most of the random downloaded movies I put on the SD card Menus are easy enough to navigate Optional bluetooth works very well Cons: Sticks out a bit from dash - had to... Works well overall, just wish it was a little more responsive when connected to my ipod or iphone. I also wish the album art was a little larger.I did add the Bluetooth module too. And I must say most of the time people I call don't even realize I'm on a speakerphone even when the window is open a bit! Pleased with unit and very pleased with Bluetooth module! Audiovox (they make Jensen) was really good on their tech support. They identified it as a dead amplifier and said their customer support would have to take care of it. That is where the problems began. I provided customer support with the documentation that they needed and waited. Three weeks later I still had not heard back from them so I called and asked if I could start the process over. An hour on the phone and nothing. The rep refused to give me an e-mail address to resend the documentation to her so I spoke with a supervisor who was marginally more helpful. They have the paperwork again so I guess I have to wait for them to do something.This is a pretty expensive paperweight. It would be nice to have something that worked. Jensen VM9224 Double...
