I had a problem with the amp that I had ordered so I contacted Hifonics to troubleshoot the issue. They advised it was a defective unit so I contacted Coolncheap to return the amp. They quickly responded to my email. They did not have the exact amp to replace it with so they offered to exchange it for another amp that they had in stock. The amps that they had at the time would not work for my set up. So they quickly issued a refund. I will defiantly order from them again. |
