this unit is great.. first of all i purchaced this for the dvd and for the external dvd output it has for the tv in the roof of the truck those work flawlessly. i also purchased a rear view camera and together they work beautifully. but now the bad, i called spl to ask about the bluetooth capabilities of this unit and i was told that all of their techs were no longer working and there was no one to help me and there would be no one to help me . i was told to call amazon, who by the way has nothing to do with tech support for third party products. aside from that this is a great unit. i just don't know if i need another part to get this unit to work with my cell phone. definitly 4 stars though...

I saw this online and it had the one review so I was afraid of buying this, but it was the only dvd player that had everything I was looking for, for a decent price but..........We just got it the other day had best buy install it everything works great and really easy to use, the radio stations seem to be fine, but it says and shows in the picture it has bluetooth and it doesnt, the picture shows on the face of the radio the dial and hang up button the one we have does not have them and the navi needs another part thats like $100 extra, so be aware it cost extra for navi and might not have bluetooth. But other than that it is worth the price the dvd has not skipped the sound is good even with stock speakers. We like it other than the misleading pictures and description.

I was a little skeptical buying this, after seeing it was only 154$, but It traveled 3 states in 1 day to me, was delivered when promised, had it installed right away, it was super easy, and now im very pleased. I would recommend this for everyone. :] ----
I've now had this for little over a week. Still enjoying it. The only issue Im having is the radio presets i have set up, keep losing themselves. The actual station is still there, but the screen reads 88.7 constantly.
